“Internal Wetting System” (IWS) for stabilized cellulose blowing applications.

Our internal wetting system can easily hook up to a garden hose and for better results and greater “atomization” to your existing water pumps.  We offer a professionally matched “Cool Box” pump, designed in a compact, durable and portable unit. This system looks like an ordinary Tool Box but houses the pump, in-line filter, pressure gauge, solenoid control valve and ground fault safety adapter. Please note, the “Cool Box” item is shown (pictured below),  both independently and hooked up, these pictures  illustrate the unit running in unison with the internal wetting system package and machine. Our internal wetting system consists of high quality aluminum, brass, and nylon components. This provides a long lasting, durable product under the most severe corrosive conditions caused by moisture and chemicals. Our system offers quick release spray tips for easy service and quickly switching to different size spray tips in specialty applications. (We offer many spray tip sizes for all of your different machine and production needs). Our industry leading “internal wetting system” (IWS), also offers a cam-lock adapter insert tube for easy access in removing cellulose material build up and unclogging foreign hose debris. This complete system provides quick dis-assembly for service without the need for any tools.  We use a ‘twin’ opposing jet tip design, balanced for the maximum blending effective of water and fibers. This effect increases coverage and eliminates dust better than any other unit on the market. With independent ball valve controls and a special cone shaped spray pattern, the atomizing pattern we have developed, automatically reduces any excess material buildup in your system. Other industry wetting systems use flat spray tips that are not material friendly and create excessive fiber build-up in the hose demanding constant attention.  Spray tips not easily accessible; require multiple tools that are seemingly never there when you need them. While affordable, these units accumulate rust and build-up rendering them useless after the first year. The cost of down time and frustration requires careful consideration of a high quality system.
